Alison Kossowski

Alison Kossowski, Ph.D., serves as the Manager of Healthy Workplace at Lumenus Community Services since January 2023. With extensive experience in academia, Alison holds multiple roles at Georgian College, including Board Member for the Research Ethics Board, Professor in Business and Management, Program Coordinator for the Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Management, and Professor in Health, Wellness, and Sciences. Additionally, Alison has contributed as a Business Ethics Consultant at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board from July 2021 to May 2022 and held various legal counsel positions at TD Insurance and Aviva Canada. Alison's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Biology from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Laws from Western University, a Master's in Education from Medaille University, and a Bachelor's in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Guelph. Further professional development includes a Certificate in Health Law from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from the Human Resources Professionals Association.
