Dawn Hannemann

Dawn Hannemann currently serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Learning at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), a role held since October 2023 that supports the vision of making Ontario one of the healthiest and safest places to work. Prior to this position, Dawn was with the City of Hamilton from April 2008 to December 2023, where contributions included serving as Manager of Organizational Development and Learning, as well as roles focused on recommending systems and processes for individual capability development. Previous experience also includes positions as Organizational Development Specialist and Human Resources Specialist at Niagara Casinos from 2001 to 2008. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph, a BEd. in Adult Education from Brock University, and a BA in Human Resources from Niagara College.
