Leni Rivera is an experienced Workplace Experience Strategist and Advisor currently with WorkplaceXperience Consulting, where advisory services are provided to C-Suite and HR professionals on effective workplace strategies in hybrid environments. Previous roles include Managing Director of Workplace Strategy and Human Experience at Newmark, where Leni developed workplace strategy solutions for clients in fintech and biotech; Global Head of Hybrid Strategy and Workplace Experience at Wind River, managing workplace operations across 21 locations; Director of Global Workplace Services at Roku Inc., driving workplace services in response to Covid-19; and Workplace Services Program Development Manager at The Clorox Company, implementing programs that improved efficiency and reduced costs. Leni holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and has further education from the Philippine School of Interior Design.
