Faran Hearyman

Faran Hearyman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1993, they worked at Green Dental Laboratory as a Marketing Director until 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they served as the Marketing Director at Technetics Software. In 2006, they joined WorkRecords as a Project Manager and later became the Sr Director of Client Implementation. Their responsibilities included managing custom EDI/FTP interfaces, analyzing development requests, and maintaining backlog items. Faran also provided business analysis and configuration for key accounts and engaged in direct customer training. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Director of Project Management at WorkRecords, where they directed software development and user experience. Faran is currently working at Blankenship Change Consulting as a Change Management Project Manager since 2018.

From 1987 to 1991, Faran Hearyman attended the University of Arkansas where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
