Lisha Lacy-Cobham is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in managing HR operations across various companies. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Field Operations at Workrise since January 2021, Lisha brings a wealth of expertise from previous roles, including Regional Director of Human Resources at GEO Specialty Chemicals, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing labor relations and policy implementation for a significant number of facilities.
