Ankit Sarkar

Ankit Sarkar is a seasoned software engineer and team lead with expertise in software development and team management. Currently at Works Applications Co., Ltd. since August 2017, Ankit leads a team of three in developing the Cost Accounting core module, collaborating closely with various stakeholders in Japan to align on business requirements. Ankit's technical skills include designing and testing features in Java using the Spring framework and contributing to backend service migration projects. Previously, Ankit served as a research and development engineer at Works Applications Co., Ltd., developing Java modules for ERP products and as a teaching assistant at the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, focusing on data structures and algorithms. Ankit holds a Master of Science by Research in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi.
