Amy Spelman

Amy Spelman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and talent development. Currently serving as the Change Delivery Lead at WorkSafe New Zealand since August 2025, Amy previously held the position of Change Manager at NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, focusing on initiatives that enhance land transport safety and equity. Prior roles include Program Lead for the ANA Educational Foundation’s talent programs and various positions at STEEL Advising, Pencil or Ink, and SARANKCO, where Amy effectively managed client relationships and projects. With earlier experience at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and SS+K, Amy has consistently demonstrated expertise in project management, client service, and team leadership. Amy holds a BA in Communication Studies and French from Northwestern University and has furthered education at Université Paris Sorbonne-Paris IV.
