Anita Ciesionik-Jones

Anita Ciesionik-Jones brings extensive experience in operational policy and regulatory systems, currently serving as the Manager of Operational Policy at WorkSafe New Zealand since January 2017, with previous roles including Acting Senior Manager Regulatory Systems and Principal Operational Policy Advisor. Prior to this role, Anita held several positions at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand from November 2009 to January 2017, including Lead Advisor and Acting Manager of Operational Policy. Earlier experience includes serving as a Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Justice from August 2006 to November 2009, and as a Senior Probation Officer and Probation Officer at the Department of Corrections NZ from October 2002 to August 2006.
