Amanda Wong

Amanda Wong is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles, primarily at WorkSafeBC, where Amanda currently serves as the Manager of People and Culture Business Partnerships. In this position, Amanda leads complex transformational initiatives, develops change strategies, and cultivates stakeholder relationships. Previously, Amanda held titles such as Senior Human Resources Advisor at WorkSafeBC, Managing a broad range of HR functions, and Human Resources Manager at BC Place, overseeing recruitment, labor relations, and employee engagement. Additional experience includes HR roles at Passport Canada and Fisheries and Oceans Canada, as well as academic involvement as an instructor at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Amanda holds a Master of Human Resource Management from the University of Regina and has completed a Change Management Associate Certificate from The University of British Columbia, among other educational qualifications.
