Pam Clavier has a strong background in program management and consulting in the IT industry. Pam has held various roles in different companies, starting as a Management Consultant at Accenture in 2003. Pam then worked as an IT Consultant at Perago and Nedbank before joining Vancity as an IT Consultant in 2012. In 2016, they became an IT Consultant (Business Intelligence) at TransLink. Pam then transitioned to WorkSafeBC in 2017, where they served as an Executive Program Manager, leading the Agile DevOps Transformation program. In 2019, they joined BCI as an Agile DevOps Transformation Program Manager. Currently, they are working at WorkSafeBC as the Senior Enterprise DevOps Portfolio Management Lead. Pam Clavier has a strong educational background in the field of Informatics. Pam holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from the University of Pretoria, obtained from 2008 to 2012. Before that, they completed a Master's Degree in Informatics from the same university, from 2002 to 2003. Pam also has an Honour's Degree in Informatics, obtained from 2000 to 2001, and a Bachelor's Degree in BCom Informatics, obtained from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Pam has pursued various certifications throughout their career, including certifications in Lean Portfolio Management, Change Management, Agile and Change Management Integration, Agile Program Consulting, Scrum Product Ownership, and Project Management.
