Renee L. Harris

Renee L. Harris currently serves as the Director of Investigations at Work Shield, overseeing a team of internal investigators and conducting various workplace investigations related to harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Prior to this role, Renee was a Consultant at Employment Practices Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included conducting investigations and facilitating training programs on employment laws and workplace practices. Additionally, as Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins, representation of employers encompassed compliance with federal and state labor laws and handling discrimination and harassment cases. Renee's career includes significant experience as an Assistant District Attorney, where management of felony trial courts and a substantial case docket was a primary focus, as well as earlier roles in healthcare litigation and as a Summer Associate. Renee holds a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Indiana University Bloomington.
