Natalia J Torres

Natalia J Torres is an accomplished human resources professional with over a decade of experience in various capacities. Currently serving as the Director of HR at Workshop/APD since August 2025, Torres previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at SOCOTEC USA, where responsibilities included developing internal policies, managing Leave of Absences, and participating in workforce planning across multiple business units. Prior to that, as a Human Resources Generalist at SA Hospitality Group, Torres led the implementation of an HRIS system and modernized the recruiting and onboarding processes. Earlier experience includes establishing the HR Department for Neighborhood Projects, where Torres developed a performance management system for a workforce of over 300 employees. Torres holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo, earned in 2013.
