Ashley (Harper) Marsden

Ashley (Harper) Marsden has been working in the Human Resources field since 2015. Ashley began their career as a Human Resource Intern and Branch Support Clerk for Mercantile Bank of Michigan. In 2018, they held Human Resource Intern positions at both Stiles Machinery and PADNOS - Recycling Solutions. Currently, Ashley is employed by Worksighted as a Talent Strategist and Human Resources Coordinator.

Ashley (Harper) Marsden has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Human Resources Management from Grand Valley State University, which they earned between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2014 to 2016, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Ashley also holds certifications from HRCI and SHRM, including an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) obtained in March 2022 and a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) obtained in June 2022.
