Barbara Sydney Morris has been in the workforce for over 20 years. Barbara Sydney began their career at Wolverine World Wide in 1999 as a Helpdesk, Workstation, and Operations Team Lead. In 2009, they moved to Foremost Insurance as a Senior Customer Service Associate. In 2011, Morris joined Farmers Insurance as an Employee Engagement/Gamification Project Lead, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Help Desk Analyst II. In 2018, they joined Worksighted as a Training Development Manager, Corporate Training Team Lead, Corporate Training Specialist, and Client Success Manager. Throughout their career, Morris has worked to improve corporate culture, design and implement incentivized initiatives, and coordinate department-wide volunteer initiatives.

Barbara Sydney Morris is currently enrolled in Psychology at Grand Valley State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Disney's Approach to Quality Service from the Disney Institute in November 2021.
