Larry Wimpee

Larry Wimpee has worked in the IT field for over 30 years. Larry began their career in 1987 as a Systems Engineer for Information Systems Group. In 2010, they joined Worksighted, Inc. as a Remote Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for implementing, monitoring, repairing and testing client backups and DR solutions. Larry also assisted with the on-boarding process for new clients and re-on-boarding existing clients. Additionally, they documented client backup solutions, Line of Business Apps and worked with clients to make sure they had a solution which would achieve their DR requirements. Larry also remotely supported clients while answering Support Desk calls, supporting Windows and Apple PC's/Servers, VMWare, multiple backup solutions, printers, user accounts and mobile devices.

Larry Wimpee's education history includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Muskegon Community College from 1983 to 1985, as well as a Certificate in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Wyoming from 1985 to 1987. Larry also holds several certifications from Datto, Inc. and Veeam Software, including Datto Certified Advanced Technician in Continuity, Veeam Certified Sales Professional, Veeam Certified Technical Sales Professional, Veeam VMSP, Datto Certified Deployment Specialist in Datto Continuity, VMTSP, and Datto Certified Advance Technician.
