Rachel Roberts

Rachel Roberts is the Senior Vice President of Human Capital and Community Outreach of Worksite Labs, which aims to improve the quality and access to healthcare diagnostics.

For over 30 years, she has been a strategic business partner for fortune 100 companies, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and the US Marine Corps. She leverages her expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, risk management, labor relations, and leadership development to empower organizations to better respond and adapt to industry and market changes.

Rachel graduated from California State University San Marcos with a baccalaureate degree in biology. She also obtained a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Health Education which has allowed her to serve as a public health practitioner and as a leader in public and private sector agencies.
