Mikayla Withers

Mikayla Withers has extensive experience in client success and marketing roles, currently serving as a Client Success Manager at WorkSmart since March 2021, where previous titles included Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Prior to WorkSmart, Mikayla held positions at the Cleveland Cavaliers as an Account Executive and Incoming Account Executive from 2020 to March 2021. Additional experience includes a role as a Ticket Assistant with the Durham Bulls Baseball Club in the summer of 2019 and an Assistant position in the UNC Cashier's Office during the academic years 2016 to 2018. Mikayla also worked as an Office Assistant for W Porter Rhoton III, Attorney at Law PA from April 2016 to August 2017. Mikayla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sport Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020.
