Joanne Giovanniello-Ebeling has worked in a variety of positions throughout their career. Joanne began their professional career in 1993 as a Petty Officer Second Class in the U.S. Navy, where they were highly experienced in both Semaphore and reading Morse Code by flashing light. In 2009, they became a Canadian Sales Coordinator/Dispatch at DMX Inc, where they worked hand in hand with Canadian sales teams and warehouses to coordinate customer equipment installs with over 50 technicians. Finally, in 2021, they became a Customer Success Manager at Worksmith.

Joanne Giovanniello-Ebeling earned their Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Brooklyn College between 2003 and 2007.
