Chloe Wilde is a Customer Success Manager at Worksome. Chloe has over two years of experience in customer success and lead customer success management. Leading the CS team in offsite internal workshops to rebrand and realign core business objectives for SaaS platform, they have also increased adoption and involvement within product management, writing briefs and tickets for new products, creating a detailed Trello board and Excel plan with new, existing and priority product ideas and fixes for SaaS platform. Consistently testing and reviewing new prototype features with engineers with a Design thinking and user experience mentality is another area of expertise for Chloe.

Chloe Wilde has a 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Business Psychology from the University of Greenwich. Chloe also has a High School diploma in English Literature (B), Psychology (C), and Sociology (C) from Highsted Grammar School in Sittingbourne Kent.
