Gunes Italiaander

Gunes Italiaander is currently the VP of Product at Worksome. Prior to this, they were the VP of Product at HeliosX Group from February 2022 to August 2022. Before that, they were a Venture Leader at BCG Digital Ventures from May 2018 to February 2022, where they led high-performing teams on a journey to build disruptive products and businesses through innovation/validation sprints and venture incubations for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that, they were a Project Leader at IDEO from February 2017 to May 2018. Before that, they were a Senior Product Consultant at Philips from March 2016 to February 2017.

Gunes Italiaander received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of St Andrews. Gunes went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience at the University of Oxford, but did not complete the program. Instead, they earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Finally, they completed a Master of Science in Cognitive and Brain Sciences / Experimental Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
