Kirk D. Carrington II

Kirk D. Carrington II, MHSA, MBA, PMP®, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives at WorkSource Montgomery, where responsibilities include developing strategic visions for the Community Workforce Network and enhancing engagement among local businesses. Previous roles include Contracts & Special Projects Manager and Career Services Manager at WorkSource Montgomery, as well as various positions at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development, National Urban League, and other organizations, focusing on workforce development, project management, and community engagement. Educated at Morgan State University and Coppin State University, Kirk holds an MBA in Project Management and an MHSA in Rehabilitation Counseling, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
