Ben Saunders

Ben Saunders has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ben is currently working at Workspace Group as the Head of People. Prior to that, they worked at Deloitte UK as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Ben also held the position of Head of HR - Operations at BDB Pitmans and Head of HR at Bircham Dyson Bell. In addition, they have experience in the field of learning and development, having worked as the Director/Head of HR & Professional Development at The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST). Ben started their career at Ofqual as a Project Officer and has also worked in temporary roles at SOAS and British Transport Police.

Ben Saunders has a diverse education history. Ben obtained a Master of Arts in Business Management from the University of Portsmouth in 2011-2012. Prior to this, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at London Metropolitan University from 2009 to 2011. Ben also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in French and German from the University of Exeter, which they earned between 2001 and 2005.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Ben Saunders has obtained several additional certifications. In March 2015, they became a Fellow with Chartered Marine Technologist registration from The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST). In the same month, they also achieved the status of Chartered Fellow from the CIPD. Furthermore, in November 2014, they obtained a Prince 2 certification, although the institution granting this certification is not specified.
