Krysten Vecchia

Krysten Vecchia currently serves as the Director of HR Systems & People Analytics at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., leading the strategic roadmap and operational design of HR applications. With extensive experience in HR systems and analytics, Krysten previously held positions at Publicis Groupe, including Vice President of People Systems, Data & Analytics, where the development of HR Analytics functions and implementation of HR metrics were key responsibilities. Earlier roles at Publicis Sapient, Cimpress, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and The Stride Rite Corporation built a solid foundation in HR technology and analytics. Krysten holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.
