Andy Watts has extensive work experience in facilities management. Andy started their career as a Facilities Manager at Zarak Recruitment in 1997 and worked there until 2001. Andy then joined Bear Stearns International as a Vice President from 2001 to 2007. After that, they served as the Head of UK Facilities at Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited from 2007 to 2013. Currently, they are working as the Head of Facilities Management at Workspace Group since 2013.

Andy Watts, CBIFM, has a comprehensive education history in the field of facilities management, health and safety, and environmental management. In 2007, they pursued the National Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from NEBOSH, which they completed in 2010. Additionally, in 2010, they undertook an Associate Course from the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). In 2011, they enrolled in the BIFM program to earn a Level 5 Diploma in Facilities Management, completing it in 2012. During the same period, they also pursued the "Legionella Control – Role of Responsible Person" program from City & Guilds.
