Mihir Kulkarni

Mihir Kulkarni, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 18 years. Mihir is currently the Head Of Client Connected Services at Workspace Group since January 2020. Prior to this role, Mihir worked at Sky for several years, holding various positions such as Service Manager, FP&A Manager, Service Recovery Leader, and Provisioning Team Leader. During their time at Sky, they managed complex projects, coordinated with stakeholders, and implemented service improvement initiatives. Before joining Sky, Mihir worked at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council as an intern at the Communications Department, where they focused on social media engagement. Mihir also held roles at IBM Global Process Services, including Assistant Manager, Lead-Operations, and Customer Care Specialist, where they successfully managed teams and provided technical support. Earlier in their career, Mihir worked as a Customer Care Specialist at Wipro BPO and The Indian Express.

Mihir Kulkarni holds an MBA, Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Kent, which was attained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an ITIL certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library from ITIL in 2010. Mihir completed their undergraduate studies at Fergusson College from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a BSc. degree, specializing in Physics and Photography. Before that, they attended Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001, and achieved an HSC degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, German, English, and Geography. In their early education, from 1995 to 1999, Mihir attended Deccan Education Society School, where they completed their SSC degree. Mihir also holds additional certifications, including "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First" from LinkedIn obtained in April 2020, "Project Management: Technical Projects" from LinkedIn obtained in October 2019, and "ECB Level 2 Cricket Umpire" from England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) obtained in February 2019.
