Bela Szatmari

Bela Szatmari has extensive experience in recruitment and project management, currently serving as a senior intercedent at Workstead since November 2021, where a new recruitment concept has been developed and successfully implemented across multiple locations. Prior roles include job coach at Workstead and recruiter at AB Midden Nederland. Bela has a significant entrepreneurial background as the owner of Works4Me, initially a graphic design and consultancy firm, which evolved into advising and guiding businesses internationally. Additionally, experience as an interim account manager at Kanaan Budapest involved overseeing real estate projects, particularly focused on modernizing student housing and campuses. Educational qualifications include bachelor's degrees in Economics and Public Management and Organization from Babes-Bolyai University and Corvinus University of Budapest, respectively, as well as studies at Utrecht University.
