Ray Grady

Ray Grady currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Worksuite, a platform focused on empowering freelancers and shaping the future of work, since March 2024. Grady is also an active board member at CQL, Invisory, and Saltbox Mgmt. Previously, Grady held the position of President and CEO at Conexiom from January 2020 to December 2022, where a revenue growth of 260% was achieved over three years. Additional experience includes board membership at SureWerx and inriver, and senior leadership roles at Salesforce and CloudCraze eCommerce, where significant revenue growth was realized. Grady holds a degree in Liberal Arts, Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
