Becca Wilson has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Brand Ambassador and Business Development professional at Shiftgig. Later that year, they moved on to AbesMarket.com, where they served as a Customer Service Guru. In 2015, Becca became a Server at Goose Island Beer Company and then later at Frontier Chicago. In 2017, they took on the role of Customer Service Analyst at HighGround. In 2018, Becca worked as a Consultant at Kin Insurance before joining WorkTango Inc. that same year. At WorkTango, they started as a Quality Assurance Analyst and progressed to roles including Quality Assurance Lead, Scrum Master, and currently QA Manager & Scrum Master. Becca has also obtained certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO).
Becca Wilson, CSM, CSPO, A-CSPO, completed their education at Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 2008 to 2012. Becca obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Advertising & Promotion. Prior to their university education, Becca graduated from Gladwin High School in 2008 and received their High School Diploma.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Becca has pursued various certifications in the field of Agile project management. Becca became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in October 2022, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in May 2019, and recently achieved the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) certification in December 2021. These certifications were all obtained from the Scrum Alliance.
