Colum Nugent

Colum Nugent has extensive work experience, beginning in 2011 when they founded and operated a part-time Sports Massage and Fitness Consultancy business. In 2015 they joined Amazon as a Program Manager Employee Experience, then becoming a Team Manager responsible for the performance and development of 17 Seller Support Associates. Colum was then promoted to Certified Speciality Mentor, overseeing the launch of the Fulfilment By Amazon department for outsource partners in Manila, Philippines. In 2020, Colum joined Workvivo as Head of Expert Services and Senior Customer Experience Manager.

Colum Nugent has a diverse educational background. Colum obtained a High School diploma from Colaiste Dun Iscaigh, Cahir, Co. Tipperary in 2009. Colum then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Leisure Management from Munster Technological University, which they completed in 2012. In 2011, they also obtained a Diploma in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Lahti University Of Applied Science. In 2013, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from Munster Technological University. Additionally, they hold a Yellow Belt Lean 6 Sigma in Project Management from Amazon. Colum also has a PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in 2019.
