Gavin Wrenn

Gavin Wrenn has had a long and varied career in the IT industry. Gavin began in 2003 as a Systems Analyst at Fidelity Investments. In 2004, they moved into the role of Systems Analyst/Project Manager, as well as taking part in the GIFT Web Development Graduate Program. In 2008, they joined The Access Group, where they held seven different roles including Director of Professional Services - People Division, Vice President of Professional Services (CoreHR), Director of Operations (CoreHR), Head of Upgrade Services (CoreHR), Delivery Services Manager (CoreHR), Senior Project Manager (CoreHR), and Business Intelligence Consultant/Project Manager (CoreHR). In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Workvivo.

Gavin Wrenn obtained their Leaving Certificate from Milltown Presentation Secondary School between 1995 and 2000. Gavin then attended University College Cork where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Systems from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Web Application Development at Graduate Initial Fidelity Training (GIFT) - HETAC from 2004 to 2005. In 2007 and 2008, they attended Harvard University for Project Management of Information Technology. In addition, they obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate from APMG-International in May 2013 and a Train the Trainer Certificate from FETAC (Further Education and Training Awards Council) in June 2012.
