Kayla DeLuca Daniels has held several roles in various companies since 2015. Kayla began their career as a Hostess at Burtons Grill, LLC in 2015. In 2017, they interned at the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, where they worked as an event and meeting coordinator and helped plan and coordinate meetings, as well as create blogs and social media posts. That same year, they also began working as a Front Desk at Great Wolf Lodge, where they assisted guests with their needs. In 2018, they began working at Perfect Parties USA as an Event Sales Assistant, where they assisted in creating events and reached out to potential clients for their event needs. Kayla also worked as an Event Sales Intern at Lucky Strike Entertainment that year. Finally, in 2019, Kayla began working at Tripleseat as an Onboarding Specialist, Professional Service Representative, and Customer Support Representative, where they connected with customers via chat, help tickets, and over the phone to help troubleshoot any issues they may be having. Kayla also performed weekly webinars and screen shares and attended and presented at events to work with users one on one in person. Kayla is currently an Onboarding Project Manager at Workvivo, a role they began in 2022.
