Richard Bradfield

Richard Bradfield is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, project management, and Salesforce consulting. Currently serving as the Onboarding Services Delivery Manager at Workvivo by Zoom, Richard leads a team of project managers in delivering onboarding projects across various customer segments in North America and Latin America. Previously, Richard held the position of Strategic Customer Experience Manager at Workvivo, focusing on the implementation and adoption of platforms for global strategic customers. At Groundswell Cloud Solutions, Richard served as Salesforce Engagement Lead and Senior Salesforce Consultant, overseeing all aspects of Salesforce implementation. Earlier experience includes roles at Traction on Demand and American Tower, where Richard managed Salesforce configurations and software quality assurance processes. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork.
