Lana Avramenko is an experienced QA Lead and Senior Software Quality Engineer with a robust background in leading quality assurance teams across various industries. Currently at WorkWave since May 2021, Lana spearheads QA efforts for the WorkWave Sales Center, developing comprehensive test strategies to optimize quality assurance processes. Previously, roles at Deloitte Digital, Sparta Systems, Mizuho, and other esteemed companies have equipped Lana with extensive expertise in designing test plans, managing QA processes, and ensuring high-quality software releases. Lana's career began at Citi as an AVP, contributing to product development and system enhancements, supported by education from Odessa State University and a programming and business school in Osnabrück, Germany.
