Victoria Ricciardi

Victoria Ricciardi currently works at WorkWave as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, a position Victoria has held since June 2017. Prior to that, Victoria worked at Rutgers University School of Nursing from February 2009 to June 2017 as a Staff Assistant in the Child Health Program. Victoria obtained their degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations with a focus on Compensation and Benefits from Penn State University in 2016. Victoria also holds an Associate's degree in Humanities and Liberal Education from Brookdale Community College, where Victoria studied from 2006 to 2008.
