Hayley Randerson is an experienced program management professional with a strong background spanning over two decades in various industries. Currently serving as Group Manager and Program Manager at Workwear Group since May 2021, Hayley has previously held prominent positions including Director of Transformation Projects at Afterpay, where a project management framework was designed for transformation initiatives, and Program Manager at The Smith Family, focusing on organizational change to enhance service delivery for disadvantaged children. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Deloitte Australia in enterprise agility, Program/Project Manager at L'Oréal, and multiple project management positions at Pearson Asia Pacific, where governance and stakeholder engagement were key to project success. Beginning a career at MYER, Hayley advanced through numerous roles, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic capabilities. Educationally, Hayley holds an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from Charles Sturt University.
