Jaspreet Bhatti currently serves as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Workwear Group, where responsibilities include outlining service delivery objectives and implementing ITIL-aligned policies for various IT service management processes. Prior experience at Blackwoods includes roles such as IT Service Improvement Manager, where continuous improvement projects were implemented using Agile project management, and Service Operations Lead, overseeing Service Desk and Desktop teams. Additional experience encompasses significant contributions to incident, change, and problem management processes, utilizing ServiceNow for hardware asset management, and maintaining strong operational relationships to enhance communication during high-priority scenarios. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
