Penny Kay is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, strategy, and transformation across various industries, including construction, packaging, and consumer goods. Currently serving as Chief Sales & Service Officer at Workwear Group since November 2024, Penny previously held the position of General Manager - Construction Systems at CSR Limited, overseeing strategic leadership for multiple brands. Notably, a significant tenure at Opal Group as General Manager Sales & Strategy involved leading the integration of sales efforts across domestic and export markets.
