Robyn Longford

Chief Financial Officer at Workwear Group

Robyn Longford has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Robyn is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Workwear Group since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Officeworks from 2016 to 2023, holding positions such as Head of Business Partnering & Planning, Financial Controller, Financial Control Manager, and Capital Investment Manager. Robyn also worked at JB Hi-Fi Solutions from 2013 to 2016 as the Finance & Operations Manager, where they successfully implemented and managed the BYOD program. Before that, they were the General Manager at Igloo Zoo from 2012 to 2013, responsible for managing the business and overseeing various operations. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Financial Accountant at Prices Fresh Pty Ltd, leading a finance team and handling financial reporting and payroll. Additionally, they worked as an Investment Analyst at Ashington Investment Group from 2008 to 2009, managing a portfolio of investments. Robyn began their career as an Accountant at Playford Capital from 1999 to 2006.

Robyn Longford began their education at Immanuel College in Novar Gardens, SA, where they completed their high school education and obtained a South Australia Certificate of Education (SACE) Stage 1 and 2. Robyn went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication from the University of South Australia.

Later, Robyn pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from the University of South Australia from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they participated in the CPA Australia Program from 2009 to 2011 and became a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA). Robyn further enhanced their professional credentials by becoming a Fellow member of CPA Australia in 2014.

In 2015, Robyn joined RMIT University and completed their Executive Master Business Administration (EMBA) degree in 2017.

Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the ANZ Young Leaders Forum, conducted by McKinsey & Company in 2020, and achieved 3rd place in the International Graduate Competition 2016 hosted by HEC Montréal.
