Andrew Goodman

Andrew Goodman is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the staffing and technology sectors. Since January 2020, Andrew has served as Chairman of Xcede Group, a global provider of specialist skills in technology areas including data, cyber, and automation, as well as energy and renewables. Andrew is also the Chairman and Founder of Workwell International, a technology-enabled service provider for the flexible workforce, supporting over 50,000 customers weekly. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at James Harvard, where Andrew contributed to the firm’s successful sale to Hays Plc, Chairman at PRG Plc, overseeing six acquisitions, and Chairman of TechPartners International, which was sold to Harvey Nash Plc. Andrew's career began with the establishment of Goodman Graham, an executive search firm focused on technology. Andrew holds a BSc in Business and Politics from Aston University.
