Terry Howell (Vic)

Terry "Vic" Howell serves as the Vice President of Development at Focus since May 2017, leading project teams through all phases of development and managing over $200 million in project costs, including more than 550 residential units and 60,000 square feet of retail space. Previously, Vic held roles as Development Manager at the West Loop Community Organization and Development Committee member at Antunovich Associates, where responsibilities included managing significant adaptive reuse projects and multiple Barnes & Noble fit-outs. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the Project REAP program. Earlier experience encompasses positions as Construction Project Engineer and several internships, contributing to skills in project management, design, and construction administration.
