Gloria Lazzaro has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Gloria started their career as an intern at the Italian Air Force at T. Dal Molin air command in 2005. In 2014, they worked as a Systems Developer and Software Designer at Ericsson AB. Gloria then interned at the United Nations Office at Geneva in 2016, focusing on IT and Learning and Development. Later that year, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Business Analyst Manager for IMEA markets, where they utilized Business Intelligence tools and presented recommendations to top management. Gloria also played a crucial role in identifying counterfeit and leakage problems for the India Ratings & Review. In 2017, Gloria became a Business Analyst Manager for Global markets at Procter & Gamble, leading the eCommerce Ratings & Reviews capability program and influencing strategic decisions related to pack size trade-up. Gloria received recognition for their contributions to the P&G IT Recruiting team. Most recently, Gloria joined Workwize in 2021 as a Senior Customer Success Manager and was subsequently promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager - Team Lead in 2023.

Gloria Lazzaro completed their education at two different institutions. Gloria first attended Halmstad University from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Master's degree in Embedded and Intelligent Systems, with a specialization in Intelligent Systems. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they studied Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at the Università di Trento, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree.
