Jerel Swedenburg

Jerel Swedenburg is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at World Finance since November 2021, Jerel manages employee relations for over 1000 locations across 16 states, addressing counseling on policies, warnings, and terminations. Previously, Jerel worked as a Recruiter at 98 Ventures, screening candidates and conducting interviews, and served as an Assistant Manager at Sherwin-Williams, where responsibilities included developing market plans and ensuring customer service excellence.
