Tracy Arthur

Tracy Arthur holds a Doctorate of Law from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a BA in Political Science with a Business Minor from the University of Florida. Since October 2021, Tracy has served as a Board Member for the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville. Tracy has a long tenure at Rayonier Inc., starting in November 2000, where roles have included Assistant General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. Additionally, Tracy has been a member of the Board of Directors for Community Hospice & Palliative Care since July 2016, the Association of Corporate Counsel North Florida Chapter since October 2015, and Communities In Schools of Jacksonville since September 2006. Prior legal experience includes work as an attorney at Toole, Beale & Cooper/Cooper, Ridge & Beale from May 1995 to November 2000 and at Coker, Myers, Schickel, Cooper & Sorenson from December 1990 to May 1995.
