Saloni Gupta

Saloni Gupta is a Development Coordinator at World Aquatics, leading initiatives such as Athletes' Entourage Education Courses and Olympic Solidarity Technical Courses for Coaches since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as World Para Swimming Classification Coordinator at the International Paralympic Committee, where responsibilities involved ensuring sport integrity and classifying events globally, including the Manchester 2023 World Championships. As Co-Founder of Ek, Saloni promoted equality and togetherness in sports. Additional roles include consulting for the Athletics Integrity Unit, assisting in UN projects with the International Centre for Sport Security, and conducting research on IOC and IFs' policies on transgender athlete participation. Saloni holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Sport Administration and Technology from AISTS and the University of Lausanne, along with a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
