Joey Hughes

Joey Hughes is an experienced professional in the sports and wellness industry, currently serving as an Athletes' Representative at World Athletics since December 2022 and as Chief Executive Officer at TechCoachLA since June 2022, focusing on business and physical development for sports professionals. With a background as an Athletic Trainer and Wellness Lead at Hurdle Mechanic and previous experience as a Professional Track Runner for USATF Southern California, Joey combines athletic expertise with marketing and community management roles at multiple organizations, including Equilibrium by Vayu Technology and Greystar. Joey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California and is pursuing a Master of Education at the Alder Graduate School of Education.
