Angela Soriano Quevedo

Angela Soriano Quevedo is an experienced Urban Development Analyst at The World Bank, specializing in climate-smart urban development and grant proposal reviews. With a background in climate change consulting, including developing procedures for assessing Environmental and Social climate risks at IFC, Angela also served as a professor at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, teaching International Cooperation Management. Previous roles include expert reviewer for the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report, consultant for the World Bank's Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan, and writer for GlacierHub. Angela's early career involved research and project management at INTERPOL and CONDESAN, as well as internships with the Organization of American States and the Peru Green Building Council. Angela holds a Master's degree in Climate and Society from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
