Aurica Balmus is an experienced professional specializing in gender and economic inclusion, currently serving as Principal at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since June 2024, leading the rollout of the WE Finance Code across Central Asia, SEMED, and the Western Balkans.
