Rafael Pardo

Rafael Pardo is a highly experienced financial sector specialist currently serving at The World Bank since February 2007, holding various roles including Senior Financial Sector Specialist and Financial Sector Specialist in Western and Central Africa, as well as in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to this, Rafael worked as a Senior Consultant at DMR Consulting and held multiple positions at Citi, including Account Services Product Manager. Rafael began a career in finance as an Equities Trader at Ixe Grupo Financiero. Academically, Rafael holds a Master’s Degree in Global Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Universidad Iberoamericana.
