Gaone Moetse

Gaone Moetse is an Impact Analyst at the World Benchmarking Alliance since January 2023, previously serving as a Senior Research Officer at Youth-Impact from March 2020 to January 2023. Gaone's earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Franklin & Marshall College, where responsibilities involved data analysis and literature reviews for projects related to gender and sanitation in India. Leadership experience encompasses serving as President of the Smith African and Caribbean Students' Association, enhancing community building among students of African and Caribbean descent, and as Head Resident in Smith College Residence Life, managing a dormitory and liaising with college administration. Gaone's research skills were further developed through a position at Botswana-UPenn Partnership, conducting interviews and managing data.
