Luke Petherbridge

Luke Petherbridge is a Board Member at World Business Chicago. Luke was previously the President & Chief Executive Officer at LivCor, LLC from July 2019 to September 2020. LivCor is one of the premier real estate companies in the United States focusing on the ownership and asset management of apartment properties. As a comprehensive real estate operator, LivCor currently owns and manages 200+ properties comprising approximately 65,000 units located in the United States with concentrations in California, Texas and Florida. They seek to deliver exceptional results and service to their residents through partnerships.

LivCor was founded in 2013, headquartered in Chicago and is owned by Blackstone’s real estate investment funds. Before their time at LivCor, Luke Petherbridge was the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at DDR Corp. from December 2011 to May 2016. DDR Corp. is a real estate investment trust that owns, develops, leases and manages shopping centers.

Petherbridge has also served as a Divisional Director at Macquarie Group from April 2008 to February 2011 and as a Member Board Of Directors at EDT Retail from January 2011 to August 2011.

Luke Petherbridge completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Economics at Macquarie University.
